Manoj has done several capacity building projects in micro and small industrial sector of India, he implied his design thinking capability to solve and facilitated complex problems that occurs in Indian rural sector. He has worked with Govt. of India, Govt. of Rajasthan, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Govt. of West Bengal and for Govt. Of Tripura for development of craft sector.

 

That includes Primary and secondary Research, new Cluster identification, organizing and conducting stakeholder (Govt. and Non Govt,) meeting, Mobilization camps, forming SHGs, Skill and Design Development Trainings.
